5-Stage Quality Control Process

Every order goes through five structured quality checkpoints -- from sourcing to shipment -- to ensure consistent product quality and buyer confidence.

Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials -- fabrics, rubber, rope, hardware -- are inspected for safety, color accuracy, and material specification before production begins.

Pre-Production Sample Review

First samples are reviewed against buyer-approved specs. Size, structure, stitching, and logo placement are confirmed before bulk production.

In-Process Quality Check

QC staff conduct random inspections at key production stages -- cutting, sewing, assembly, and printing -- to catch defects early.

Pre-Shipment Final Inspection

100% of packed goods are checked against the AQL standard. Appearance, function, labeling, packaging, and carton marking are all verified.

Loading Supervision & Documentation

Container loading is supervised. Full QC reports, test certificates, packing lists, and shipping documents are prepared and shared with buyers.
